Los Angeles, CA -- eNotes Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ENSY) announced today that executives from the company will be attending the American Telemedicine Association's "ATA West" program in Marina del Rey, CA, on Monday, July 31, 2006. The one-day meeting is intended to provide crucial information for companies looking to do business with federal agencies that directly contract for telemedicine and advanced technology-enabled products and services -- areas which eNotes is currently pursuing.

The meeting is designed to foster development of federal grant and contract spending on telemedicine and advanced medical technologies and instruct on how to participate with the agencies that manage these critical investments. Federal program directors will make presentations and be available for one-on-one appointments. The program will also bring together experts in international healthcare marketing to discuss the trends and opportunities for the international telemedicine arena. For more information, visit http://www.atmeda.org/conf/ataWest.htm More than $400 million in federal grants and contracts will be made available over the next year for telemedicine and related medical services. eNotes' CEO, Jeff Flammang, stated, "ATA West is a valuable opportunity for not only exposing eNotes to federal agencies, but to network and engage with potential technology partners. We are excited to be attending this event."

The American Telemedicine Association was established in 1993 and is the leading resource and advocate promoting access to medical care for consumers and health professionals via telecommunications technology. Membership is open to individuals, companies, and other organizations with an interest in promoting the deployment of telemedicine throughout the world.
