Implementing Benefit Analyzer® Service to Provide Analysis and Reporting

Tulsa, OK -- Benefit Informatics, a leading healthcare technology partner for self-insured benefit plan administrators welcomes Sparks, Nevada-based CDS Group Health as a customer. CDS Group Health is an innovative Third Party Administrator providing benefit administration services to more than 58,000 employees and dependents.

CDS Group Health has contracted with Benefit Informatics to offer self-funded employer clients enhanced claim data analytics and utilization that can be used to better monitor and manage health plans. Benefit Informatics’ flexible web-based services allow CDS to offer clients access to robust claim data analysis reporting tools which can be run on demand, distributed electronically to employers and broker/consultants and stored online.

“We are 100% committed to our customers and providing exceptional service,” said Rayne Niehaus, Director of CDS Group Health. “We consider our business relationship with Benefit Informatics as an investment in improving our analytical and reporting capabilities for our customers. Their proven services allow us to better access and organize claim data utilization information so that we can provide our employer group customers and their broker/consultants the very latest information and trends taking place in their health plans.”

By utilizing Benefit Informatics ability to allow employers and brokers to login through a secure web portal and view, create, run and save analysis routines, CDS is automating a portion of their service provision which enhances operational efficiencies and increases the transparency of their operations.

Philip Kurtz, President and CEO of Benefit Informatics, regards the addition of CDS Group Health as an important development in the continuing expansion of BI’s customer base. “CDS Group Health represents our first customer relationship in Nevada as we expand operations in the Western US. CDS is a very innovative TPA and noted for its level of service to customers. We are very pleased they have placed their confidence in our services to support their operations.”
