SUN VALLEY, Calif., -- XTend Medical Corporation (Pink Sheets: XMDC), a company that delivers cutting-edge telemedicine solutions to the healthcare industry, has secured the exclusive global distribution rights to DDI's Vibration Device for Pre-Screening of Diabetic Neuropathy.

The company released the following statement: "XTend Medical is pleased to
announce that we have secured the global distribution rights to DDI's patented
vibration technology device, now in its fourth generation. Once the FDA has
cleared the device for sale, we will immediately begin marketing the product
to our managed care companies and the various physicians and patients here in
the U.S. We're also in negotiations to market the product in South Korea and
Europe based on their separate criteria needs for final approval. Once these
are received, then we'll target these markets heavily. Although the device
can pre-screen people that may have diabetic neuropathy, the first signs that
diabetes may be present, it also assists the current diabetic patient with
monitoring their neuropathy levels so their disease is managed correctly. We
anticipate this device to bring in additional sales upwards of $5 million per
year in the U.S. and possibly three times that amount globally," stated Mr.
Paul D. Lisenby, CEO of XTend Medical.
