The goal of the 2008 ANCC National Magnet Conference TM is to
explore nursing excellence on the personal, organizational,
community, and global levels. The learning objectives of the
conference are that after attending the conference participants
will be able to: 1. Describe initiatives which demonstrate
excellence in nursing practice 2. Define excellence in nursing
leadership 3. Recognize excellence in nursing research.
